We had a fun weekend!

This past weekend was a great one!

Friday evening after work was spent running tons of errands and cleaning house from top to bottom getting ready for Danielle and Daniel's couples shower/GATORS party Saturday.

Saturday was so much fun spending time with some great friends and family. 

Sunday, although my back continued to KILL me, since the previous weekend riding 4 wheelers.

Sunday I spent the day with my wonderful sister at the Jaguars vs. Bengals game, even though we LOST, I still had fun.

A hunting we will go.....

This past Sunday the kids and I rode up to the 

hunting camp 

with my parents and my grandparents. The kids and I spent a lot of time on the 4 wheelers in the woods. It was a gorgeous day! The weather was amazing!!

I loved it up there in Woodbine, GA. It brings back so many memories of when I was a kid myself and played hopscotch in the dirt road at our old hunting camp. 

I have memories of the chase of the hunting dogs, the bright orange vests, the sounds of gunshots, riding in the back of the truck with my cousins, which were all boys.

It allows me to remember the fond memories of my Pepaw too!!

I hope my kids share as many memories as I do when I was a youngster.

Our LAST trip to Disney......for a while

Last Friday, 09.30.11 was our LAST trip to

Disney World

for a while. Our annual passes expired yesterday. Needless to say we used them to the max!

We have gone (all of us, some less than others) between 6 and 8 times in the past year. Let's just say

We LOVE it!

The Food & Wine Festival at Epcot is going on this month. We went on the first day of it.

It was a neat experience. They had food and drinks from all sorts of different countries throughout the park.
My sister and nephew, I, and my kids went for the day. I wished for my hubby to be there too, but we still had a blast!! Here are a few photos of our trip.

That was our last time seeing my favorite character, GOOFY for a while!!

I'm planning on renewing our annual passes in February.....hopefully!   

Jake turns 3

8 lbs 14 oz 21 inches long

Now that precious baby boy has grown into a smart, energetic, curly headed

3 year old!!

His party theme this year was carnival. I had such a great time planning and decorating.

We had a good turnout even though the weather wasn't cooperating. You have to love this September Florida weather. We had a windy, overcast day.

Hooray For College Football!!

This past Saturday was my first game of the season that I attended. I absolutely LOVE my Florida GATORS! Jesse and I, Tiffney, and Daniel went down to Gainesville and tailgated for a few hours, then headed into the "Gates of the Swamp."

Happy Wednesday!

Today after work we are leaving for the cabin in North Carolina.
I absolutely cannot wait! Even the drive I don't mind.

Old country towns, cow pastures, corn fields, ranches, the list goes on....I enjoy taking the backroads.

We will come home on Monday, Labor Day.

I am looking forward to sleeping in, relaxing on the porch with the fresh, cool mountain air while hanging out with who's most important.....Family for 5 nights/4 days.

Those are photos of the kids last day of summer trip to the beach. We went on 8.21.11, the day before Macy started school. We had such a great time! We went with Tiff and Kingston, Daniel, Jesse, Tracey, and Ryan.

Oh, these are our birds....3 ducks and 2 geese actually. Those dang geese are so mean! Look at the one with his neck out acting like he's about to attack! His name is "Sebastian." The other geese is "Flounder." Macy named them... I know they aren't sea creatures!

This is the Normandy Dentistry Gang....well most of us, at Moon River. We went for lunch for Loni's last day

with us here in Florida!

A little going on...

I'm a little bummed that the end of summer is near, however, then again I'm happy cause Football

season starts again! Woo Hoo!
We went to Disney World a few times over the summer, went camping at the Lake, went to the beach, out in the boat, then we went to Orlando to go to Wet N Wild with some friends and to City Walk.

Now next week will be our last trip of the summer, we are going to the mountain cabin in

North Carolina for 5 days for the Labor Day weekend.

I absolutely LOVE it up there. If I didn't love my life in Florida and it wasn't so hard to get a RDH license there, I would move there.

Anywho....

This past Monday was the first day of school for Macy, which she is in the

2nd Grade

I can't believe she is going to be 8 years old in February! Yikes, that makes me feel old!
